A rapidly growing Cyprus based organization is looking for a highly driven, motivated and dedicated Social Media Coordinator whoโ€™s passionate about writing, engaging, and delivering results.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage content of social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TripAdvisor for a group of companies operating in the sphere of tourism and leisure โ€“ daily social media postings;
  • Interact with subscribers โ€“ reply to comments, start and participate in discussions, handle complaints;
  • Identify and document the current audience profile, continuously update the audience profile records;
  • Research and identify approaches how to best reach each of the identified target audience profiles;
  • Perform an audit on the existing content of all social media platforms, identify gaps vs interests of the target audience;
  • On a weekly basis develop a preliminary schedule of publications - social media calendar (including choice of topics, discussion themes, etc.) for all social media pages for approval, execute the approved plan of publications;
  • Continuously evaluate market trends (including analysis of competitor social media pages), provide recommendations on the increase of the number of active subscribers, take actions to implement the recommendation approved by management;
  • Track social media engagement and results (increase / decrease of followers and their activity / involvement in discussions, likes, comments and shares, etc.), present regular reports to managementย 
Required Qualifications
  • A degree in Marketing Communications, Public Relations, or Tourism
  • Fluent or Native English, Russian โ€“ written and spoken. Greek โ€“ written and spoken (preferred)
  • 2 or more years in a similar role and function;
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing;
  • Attention to detail and customer-centric approach is a must;
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and adhere to deadlines, as well as to juggle multiple projects at the same time;
  • Self-motivated, able to take direction and come up with new ideas;
  • Creative and original thinker;
  • Team player, with proven communication and interpersonal skills;
