Job Description

The successful candidate will join a dynamic and fast paced working environment. The Recruitment Coordinator will primarily be responsible for performing all aspects of recruitment and staffing for the Firm which includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Recruitment:

  • Managing the recruitment process for the local and global offices according to the Company policies;
  • Establishing global candidate networks and initiatives to generate high caliber CV database;
  • Drafting and advertising vacancies in a wide range of media such as online websites and forums
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates via different channels;
  • Receiving and screening applications;
  • Requesting references and conducting background checks;
  • Organizing and coordinating interviews for candidates;
  • Reporting on recruitment metrics to the Head of HR;

Training:

  • Assess training needs for new and existing employees
  • Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs
  • Map out training plans for individual employees
  • Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
  • Track and report on training outcomes
  • Provide feedback to program participants and management
  • Maintain employee training records
Required Qualifications
  • University Bachelors or Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management desirable
  • At least 2 years work experience in recruitment position
  • L&D coordinator experience is a plus
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a high pressure environment
  • Previous experience in the financial industry will be considered advantageous but not essential
  • Knowledge of SAP Recruitment will be as a plus
