Limassol
Our client, a Photovoltaic Systems Company located in Limassol, is looking to hire an Electrical Technician, to work on the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic installations.
Responsibilities:
-Carrying out scheduled and extraordinary checks on the proper operation of PV installations
-Determination and recording of errors, non-conformities of construction and installation, specification deviations, security violations
-Compilation of scheduled and extraordinary malpractice reports
-Updating all required safety-environmental measures to all visitors and subcontractors before accessing the PV installations
-Compliance with all safety standards and procedures in the workplace. (Necessary clothing with the necessary personal protective equipment)
-Supervision of subcontractors in their work
-Ensure work quality and adherence to the schedule of subcontractors or other work
-Ability to work on a Pancyprian basis and manage multiple tasks and projects
-Interaction with subcontractors and responsible engineers on a daily basis
-Supplying materials and equipment (when required) with cost-conscious awareness
-The job description may change at any time with other tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications:
-Diploma in Electrical Engineering
-Minimum 3 year experience in electrical installations. Previous technical experience in the field of photovoltaics will be considered an advantage
-Experience in using and understanding the signals of electronic test and diagnostics equipment (multimeters, clamp meter, installation tester, etc.)
-Experience of electronic control and automation systems will be considered as an additional asset
-Very good knowledge of electrical design
-Knowledge of Greek and English
-Knowledge of Computers (Microsoft Word / Excel, Autocad)
-License from the Electromechanical Service (EHR) will be considered an advantage
-Driving license
-Completed military obligations
-Integrity, trust, communication and group character
