We are looking for a professional individual to fill a part time office assistant position covering all aspects of an assistant including, incoming/outgoing calls, administration, answering/sending emails, out of office duties, updating the company website and liaising with customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
General in and out of office duties such as telephone coverage, general in and out of office support etc
Updating website and maintenance of social media accounts
Assisting other team members in their duties.
1 year experience within office assistant role would be preferable but not a must (training will be given)
MUST be fluent in oral and written in Greek and English
Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft office and experience on social media
Experience on updating company website is preferable but not a must
Responsible, professional, reliable and service minded person
Working very precisely and delivering on time
Pro-active and positive work attitude
Flexible (readiness to make special effort when needed)
Must have a car for out of office duties.
