Finding and signing contracts with Owners, Buyers and Tenants
Liaison with Clients, agents and Associates
Property viewings
Meeting and welcoming clients at properties
Effective communication with the Directors, Support Staff, Clients and Associates
Problem solving and dispute resolution
Data and documentation management
Maintaining an effective reporting system
Entering listings information for the website and advertising platforms
Contributing to Digital newsletter and Social Media content
Assist with events organisation as required
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Greek
Good sales skills
Strong organisational skills
Able to follow and manage processes and work to tight deadlines
Computer literate including MS Office, Google Drive, Social Media, Internet
Very attentive to detail
Coachable, responsible, honest and hardworking
Flexible with working hours
Have own car and a full clean driving licence
