• Ask rate from shipping lines/airlines
• Give quotations to clients/agents & follow up quotation given
• Prepare documents for the port
• Issue custom documents 
• Control emails
• Control telephone calls from clients regarding freight.
• Coordinate loadings with transporters
• Check import/export documentation
• Liaise with government authorities such as Customs, Agricultural and  Health in an efficient and effective manner to ensure the smooth movement of all cargo
