Job Description

Summary position objective:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Assist in day-to-day operation and organisation of the office;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Provide administrative support to the Limassol team.

Duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily administration of the office as follows:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Answers, returns and transfers telephone calls and informs members of the staff when a message was left for them;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Supervises incoming/ outgoing couriers (including package preparation and cover letter);

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Issues invoices / receipts upon instructions;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Upload to the website all pictures and information related to the Real Estate business;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Organising travel arrangements for the Directors including liaising with airlines, hotels, drivers etc;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Welcomes visitors to the office and offers drinks;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Provides administrative support to other members of staff;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Performs any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Liaison:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Provides support to the team in Limassol;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Liaises with clients, associates, governmental authorities and banks.

Working hours:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Monday to Friday as follows: 08:00 โ€“ 13:00 and 14:00 - 17:30

Overtime / weekend work prospect:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Overtime is expected in few instances and as per requirement;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Weekend work prospect: N/A

Required Qualifications

Background and education:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Advanced Greek and English language skills are required;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Russian language knowledge is considered as an advantage.

Work experience:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Minimum experience: never worked;
