•Working exclusively alongside leading financial institutions in Cyprus to assess and value large real estate asset portfolios •Value properties by applying expert knowledge and awareness of the local property market •Take accurate measurements of sites and premises •Audit asset valuations •Write detailed reports on property for purposes such as rent reviews, investment potential, valuations for mortgages and other purposes, marketability and building surveys •Work closely with other professionals such as building and structural engineers, planners, architects, quantity surveyors, etc in undertaking real estate valuation mandates for various purposes
•UK-based and/or equivalent graduate degree in real estate, statistics, accounting, finance and/or equivalent •Excellent knowledge of English and Greek •2-3 years of relevant working experience will be considered a great plus •Advanced Microsoft Office skills •Enthusiastic team player with ability to work autonomously •Strong Communication Skills •Advanced Analytical Skills •Hard working and highly organised and diligent individual who is willing to work in a fast-growing innovative real estate practice
