Our client, a CySEC Regulated Online Trading Broker located in Limassol, is looking to hire an HR Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
-Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
-Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
-Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
-Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
-Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
-Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
-Screen candidates resumes and job applications
-Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
-Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Requirements:
-BA/MSc in Human Resources Management or any other relevant field
-At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter within a Forex company will be considered as a major advantage
-Fluency in English verbal and written is a must
-Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
-Hands on experience with various selection processes
