Job Description

We are an international consulting company with offices in Switzerland, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bahamas and the Philippines. For our newly established branch in Cyprus we are looking for client advisor /corporate administrator for the following tasks:

  • Managing the daily operations of the office

  • Welcoming clients to Cyprus, consulting on corporate and family wealth questions

  • Liaising with clients, corporate service providers, banks, authorities, property agencies and our world-wide offices in order to ensure the best service to our clients

  • Preparation, reviewing and amending of various corporate documents (minutes, resolutions, agreements, powers of attorneys, registers, letters, documents related to annual and extraordinary meetings of shareholders etc.)

  • Obtaining tax residence certificates from Inland Revenue

  • Dealing with employment and immigration procedures

  • Monitoring of client’s companies duties, liaising with accountants and auditors

  • Opening, managing and closing of client’s bank accounts

  • Administrative work, KYC procedures

  • Translation of documents

  • Maintain business premises in a presentable way

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of similar experience
  • Cyprus resident
  • Languages: English and Russian, excellent written and spoken skills
