Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect documents from clients with active accounts
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business teams
- Support the customer team for clients’ verification
- Perform KYC
- Provide all releveant information to prospect clients
- Assist in the implementation of the procedures described in the company’s procedures manual or any other relevant policy
- Handle calls and incoming requests from clients
- Escalate complex cases to customer support manager if and when required
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in English plus German or Italian is a must
- A university degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or related field will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience in the financial/FX industry will be considered an advantage
- Results oriented and dynamic
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Trustworthy, ambitious, persuasive and self-motivated
