Our client a Russian family based in Paphos are looking to employ a full time chef/cook.
Family members:
2 adults, 3 children (2, 4 and 6 years old), 2 nannies and grandparents (periodically arrive).
All family members do not eat meat at all (even chicken).
They prefer Mediterranean food.
The family travels often and it is required for the chef to travel with them:
For EU candidates there will be no need to travel to Russia but will travel to Austria
For Russian citizens you may be asked to travel with the family
Ideal candidate:
Highly professional
Knowledge of various cuisines
Able to cook vegetarian food
Knowledge of dietary products, ability to cook light meals
Ability to cook new recipes, skills to work in Internet (find recipes), advanced user of mobile phone
Understanding ingredients, ability to determine if the products are natural
Fluent in English and Russian very beneficial
Driving skills and driving license.
Willing to travel frequently (leaving his/her family)
Summary: a person should be peaceful, joyous, harmonious and neat and must be willing to work in a large noisy family
Responsibilities:
To start cooking very early in the morning, say 5.45 a.m. to cook breakfast for 7:00am
Purchase of products
Kitchen cleaning and maintaining order
Cooking lunch and dinner
Working hours:
Work days: Monday to Friday (5/2 work schedule) but sometimes the chef will need to cook on weekend for example for special events (flexibility required)
