CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Insurance company are seeking to recruit a Russian-Speaking Claims Officer to join their expanding team of professionals.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Underwriting Department:
- Issuing of new policies.
- Amendments of existing policies.
- Risk assessment.
- Assisting with all Anti-money-laundering checks.
- Correspondence with Russian clients and brokers.
Claims Department:
- Identifying whether the client is entitled to benefit.
- Assessing all documentations have been filled in precisely.
- Processing of claims payments (surrenders, maturities, withdrawals etc.) within the company system.
Key Skills/Experience:
- At least 2 years working experience in a similar industry.
- Fluency in Russian & English (Written & Spoken), knowledge of German considered an advantage.
- At least basic knowledge in accounting is essential.
- Very good Microsoft Office Knowledge.
- Willingness to travel abroad for trainings (Two weeks per year).
- A high level of numeracy and logical/analytical thinking.
