• Manage the building’s access system and ensure that the cameras are functioning.

• Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
• Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together.
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
• Make recommendations for future upgrades.
• Maintain network and system security.
• Analyse and isolate issues.
• Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.

• Maintain the building generator and all electricity facilities.
• Provide IT support to any client if asked.
• Being able to produce detailed reports.
• Be on call outside working hours and weekends to assist with any faults/errors.
- Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or similar from a UK University (minimum 2:1).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role is a MUST.
- Excellent understanding of TCP/IP technology.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Servers & Active Directory.
- Very good knowledge of Office365.
- Very good knowledge of switches, routers and firewalls.
- Knowledge of Azure.
- Very good knowledge of Virtualization technologies, especially VMware.
- Ability to prioritize workloads and manage conflicting requests on timely manner, in a fast-moving environment where requirements and technologies change.
- Demonstrates the ability to be proactive and to operate under own initiative.
- Self-disciplined, with ability to adhere to strict change control restrictions.
- Be a good team player.
- Fluent in English.
- Possession of related certificates (CCNA, MCSA or similar), will be considered an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems will be considered an advantage.
