TOPFX is an EU Investment Firm, specialising in Prime Brokerage Services. Our company is seeking to recruit a talented individual for the position of Russian Retail Sales manager to join our growing team
Requirements:
- Responsible for generating own leads through online research, email campaigns and industry specific events
- Identifying requirements of business sectors, converting leads into wins
- Growing an extensive and profitable portfolio
- Leading tender campaigns, prospecting, meeting clients and delivering sales presentations
- Building solid relationships with a wide variety of clients including: Retail, Professional and Institutional
- Retain, support, and make sure that existing clients are receiving high quality service that would keep them active
- Maintaining relationships with clients and affiliates/introducers through phone, email, and Live Person chat
Account Management:
- Regularly contact to maintain existing customer relationships
- Ability to negotiate additional business sales outside of contractual agreements
- Upsell into current accounts
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in finance with at least one year in sales
- Excellent knowledge of FX markets and products
- Very strong verbal and written communication, teamwork and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, willingness to drive client relationships independently
- Certification from the regulatory bodies of CySEC will be considered a plus
- University Degree
