Job Description

  • Responsible for end to end project management for digital projects across Asia Pacific region.

  • Manage key stakeholders across globally dispersed teams within digital, marketing, and other business channels

  • Work closely with stakeholders representing the business and Digital on defining, planning, and executing initiatives in support of the roadmap for Digital

  • Utilise onshore and offshore teams for the technical analysis, design, and delivery of digital products and platforms

  • Use Agile practices to support successful delivery (daily sprint plans, Kanban board, daily standups

  • Support Product Managers/Owners and educate them on Agile practices such as creating, refining, and managing the product backlog

  • This role will require you to act as the Scrum Master with a focus on leading the software development team.

Required Qualifications

  • Over 10 years’ experience (at least 3 years in an Agile environment as Scrum Master directly working with software delivery teams) in delivering Digital and IT projects in a regional role

  • Ability to communicate complex digital concepts across the business and IT departments (including senior level business stakeholders, digital product owners, UX/UI designers, technical solution architects, software engineers)

  • Must be comfortable with running projects in an Agile delivery model

  • Well-developed stakeholder management, with strong negotiation & influencing skills

  • Strong understanding of Agile development practices such as TDD, Continuous Integration / Delivery, Automated Testing

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within FOREX entity

  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence is beneficial

  • Certifications in PMP and Agile as a Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner is preferred
