TopFX is looking for experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for the full life cycle management of various financial and technical projects. The ideal candidate would combine financial with technical knowledge, self motivation, problem solving skills and high dedication to completing any project.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the project, pointing areas of improvement, working with key stakeholders to implement the improvements.
- Overcoming obstacles, and solving all problems that prohibit the implementation of a project
- Managing relationships and communication between all stakeholders of the project
- Providing clear ownership for every part of the project
- Ensuring cross-team coordination
- Providing regular feedback to team members and their line managers
- Providing progress updates, feedback and recommendations
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product manager or similar role
- Working knowlege of the financial industry
- Computer Savvy
- Financial and or information technology degrees will be considered a plus.
- Proven leadership and motivation skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience using Agile performance metrics
- Native or professional grade English, both verbal and written
