On behalf of our client, a reputable and CySEC regulated investment firm with offices in Limassol is currently looking for a Customer Support and Complaints Representative. As part of the Customer Support team, you’ll get to learn more about the company and work within a professional customer support team and a fun environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via chat, phone and emails
- Resolve product related issues
- Resolve complaints by customers
- Work closely with the Compliance team
- Ongoing and direct communication with clients in support of any queries or issues
- Negotiate with customers
- Degree in Business Studies or any other relevant field
- Fluency in English/Italian verbal and written is a must
- Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
- Financial markets background will be considered as an advantage
