Job Description

Our client is a CySEC regulated investment firm based in Limassol and is currently looking for an Italian/German speaking Customer Support Officer. The successful candidate will be a hard-working individual with a fun and positive personality.

Job Responsibilities

• Intelligently discuss with clients the financial markets and the factors that move them in an eloquent manner.
• Assist clients with account inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients via phone, e-mail and live chat.
• Create customized solutions for clients’ needs.
• Assist in gathering the required documentation from clients in order to speed up the account opening and deposit / withdrawal process.
• Communicate marketing promotions to clients via phone and e-mail.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Fluency in the German/Italian language.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• University Degree in Finance or a related field.
• Previous experience in the financial sector.
• CySEC Basic / Advance examination will be considered an advantage.
