Public Join Stock Company «PrivatBank», Cyprus Branch is looking for an objective (russian-speaking) Internal auditor for 6 month work to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
Responsibilities
• performing risk assessments, internal audit and compliance tasks under IPPF Standards
• documenting process and preparing audit findings memorandum
• developing procedures regarding internal auditing processes
• determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans
• analysing the legal framework and preparing the comparison analysis
• responsible for all auditor reports and evaluation of findings
• coordinating IT audit
• maintaining open communication with management and audit committee
• conducting follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
• developing monitoring mechanism
• preparing ad-hoc requested reports for the management and supervisory bodies
• liaising with external auditors and regulators, including cooperation and reporting
• planning and executing other internal audit projects
• engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Sound independent judgement
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- ACCA/ACA Qualified with 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Russian/ukranian, eanglish language
- Greek language andvantage
