• Run and oversee the IT department of a regulated CIF

• Implement IT DEPARTMENT procedures in accordance to CySEC compliance and ESMA regulations.

• Develop or provide solutions and support to all departments of the company

• Maintain and oversee the correct setup MT4 and/or proposed and implement improvements as part of MT4 admin and general IT support based on company’s activities as a Cysec regulated Forex broker, (including bridge setup server setup, server’s setup backup solutions, network security etc)

• Maintain and oversee CRM system

• Create report database in SQL (or other database). Integrate CRM database and MT4 trade database create Tools/Reports real time and historic statistical report about clients activity including but not limited to deposits withdraw trade P&L performance volume exposure etc.

• Develop or maintain dealing room plugins based on operation needs i.e develop / support plugins based operations and needs like Swap update plugin, Advance Commissions plugin based on USD traded

• Responsible for the design and development of broker's in-house applications and tools including a set of plugins for MetaTrader4 and MetaTrader5 like automatic dealing, remote Windows services for MT4/MT5 database replication to MySQL or Oracle, automatic reports synchronization across post-trade processing providers.

• Responsible for integration of MetaTrader4 and MT5 trading platform  with liquidity providers via bridge solutions

• Consulting and technical support for Company's staff

• Maintain company’s website

• Experience and an understanding of the broader financial sector, relevant academics

• Reference letters from previous employers

• Experience in a similar role ideally within the Forex industry.

• Excellent Programing skills in various programing languages  

• Experience with Metaquotes software and tools

• Experience with accounting software

• Can work independently, to own initiative.

• 2 years of experience in the field with experience working for an Investment firm

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within FOREX entity

• Leading and supervising skills

• Good ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing English is a must, other languages will be considered as advantage

• CySec Basic or Advance certification will be considered as advantage

• Excellent Computer skills – Microsoft Office
