Our client is an International Media Company that are hosting an International Exhibition in Limassol on the 14th & 15th November at a 5* Hotel here in Limassol.
The event will host a number of leading international companies within their field from across the globe including USA, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
The client is looking to hire a team of 5 - 6 Hostesses that will be responsible for:
Welcoming the guests to the exhibition and providing support to all the guests throughout the course of the conference.
Administrative tasks including the registration of all the guests and providing them with the relevant conference information material
Providing a high level of customer service and event information to all the delgates as and when required
Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests and event attendees.
The ideal candidates will have/be:
Confidence and a friendly attitude that helps them relate to all types of people and the ability to speak knowledgeably about the event
Great social and interpersonal communication skills
Fluent spoken English with any additional language an advantage
The client is offering an attractive pay package based on an hourly rate for the 2 day event.
