What will your job look like?

The successful candidate will have Back Office duties such as processing client’s deposits, withdrawals, reconciliation of clients’ accounts and refunds based on the established policies and procedures of the company. You will also need to ensure that all clients’ information is accurately recorded in the company’s record systems and provide daily assistance to the Compliance department and other executives for preparing regulatory reports. 

Required Qualifications

Your role will be required to:

·         Reconciling clients’ balances and accounts

·         Communicating with clients via email for any inquires related to their deposits, account opening and withdrawals;

·         Comply with Cysec regulations and Company’s internal policies and procedures in regards to client’s documentation process (KYC);

·         Work fast and accurately under pressure;

·         Demonstrate professionalism and work ethic, Self-motivation and a Desire to succeed;

Qualifications

·         Bachelor or Professional qualifications in accounting will be considered as an advantage.

·         Fluency in English Language

·         Previous work experience in as similar role and especially in reconciliation of accounts, will be considered as an advantage;

·         Computer Literate;
