Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a global organization operating in the manufacturing sector, we are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Arabic-Speaking Business Development Manager for their offices in Nicosia.   

Role Overview:
 
This role requires extensive travelling to various Arabic Speaking countries.
 
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

  • Pursuit and close new customers, resellers, dealers etc.
  • Visit pre-qualified prospects and present the company product lines.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, a high degree of professionalism, and prompt, efficient follow up.
  • Determine which candidates are the best positioned for success as company’s customer, reseller, dealer etc. 
  • Facilitate contract review and the signing of qualified prospects.
  • Log all contact with prospects and signed customers, for weekly submission to management.
  • Support customers in creating market demand and growing territory sales to ensure that sales goals are met.
  • Meet signing quotas. 
  • 50% Travel will be required.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

  • Demonstrated success in pursuing and closing B2B and B2C business.
  • Previous experience selling office-related products will be considered and advantage.
  • Successful management of customer account base, distributors, dealers or salespeople.
  • History of identifying and developing successful reseller or distributor partnerships a plus.
  • Experience negotiating distributor, dealer or independent representation agreements a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Professional presentation skills.
  • Must have a highly energetic & positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
