Our client, an international gaming company, is looking to recruit an HR Administrator for their newly established offices based in Limassol.
Main Responsibilities
- · Report to the HR Director in regards to all issues in the office regarding the employees with special care to the Expats and their families
- · Responsible for all employees Medical Claims and be in direct contact with the Insurance Agents and employees reporting directly to the HR Director
- · Responsible for the Access Cards of Employees – updating the system and inform any issues to IT Manager and HR Director
- · Assist the HR Director with the Employee’s Events and escort the HR Director in all meetings needed
- · Prepare the agendas of the meetings
- · Effectively handle all employees queries in regards to assistance with the expatriation process
- · Responsible to organize and coordinate the Training Needs of Employees
- · Assist the HR Director in Performance Appraisals
- · Write HR policies and Procedures based on the directions of HR Director
- · Supervise the Recruitment Procedure and Organize Interviews
- · Involve in the screening of Candidates.
- · Resolve any issues with employees supervised immediately by him/her and report to the HR Director
Profile
· Fluent in Greek, English languages
· Bachelor or Masters Degree in Human Resources Management
· At least one year of relevant working experience
- Excellent communication, organisation and supervising skills
· Team-player, able to work under pressure, creativity, innovation and problem solving skills is a must.
