On behalf of our client, we are seeking to hire an experienced Restaurant Manager for a new restaurant / bar soon to open in Nicosia.
Job Description
- Responsible for all service aspects and for the efficient running of all restaurant floor service areas. To reach and maintain the highest possible service standards and to ensure effective customer service and dining standards.
- Oversee the smooth running of the all floor areas and front of house areas
- Responsible for the opening and/or closing procedures, including the cash handling procedure which includes opening and closing tills & maintaining cash float in store at all times.
- Ensure that all food, wine and drinks are served to the appropriate standard.
- Meet, greet and seat customers according to their requirements.
- Ensure excellent level of customer care
- Ensure all customer requirements are met at all times.
- Assist in the service of food and drinks during meal periods and when necessary.
- Liaise with the kitchen management team, to ensure good communication and to offer support.
- Ensure that appropriate professional standards of behavior are followed.
- Monitor the standards of work, working practices and productivity of all members of service staff.
Requirements
Native Greek speaker and fluent in English
A minimum of 2 years in a least an assistant management role in a similar business
