CareerFinders, on behalf of our client a recently established Cryptocurrency company with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and highly capable candidate for the position of Social Media Manager.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Implement the social media strategy and responsible for growing and maintaining the company’s network of social media channels.
- Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, writing editorial, promotions, etc.
- Become an advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
- Monitor conversations on all social media channels and respond accordingly.
- Monitor developments in social media trends, tools and applications.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Moderating social channels (Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Content planning for social channels and PR.
- Content generation, management and coordination through a network of partners and content producers.
- Strong project management or organizational skills.
- Team player, with the confidence to take initiative and provide recommendations for the optimal implementation of social media strategies.
- Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
- Have a good knowledge of principles of SEO.
- Public relations, Marketing, Sales, Community Management experience, a plus.
- Strong command of the English language.
