Our client is a very well established company with an office in Nicosia, providing corporate advisory and management consulting services at a remarkable level. We are happy to announce a current opening for a Corporate Administrator and please notice the following description below.
Key objectives of the role and responsibilities:
· Manage a portfolio of clients and day-to-day operations of the company’s clients and that includes liaison with them on daily basis, consult and execute various requests;
· Prepare a variety of corporate documents (minutes, resolutions, agreements, powers of attorneys, registers, letters etc.);
· Review, amend and comment on various documents subjected for execution by legal entities of the company’s customers;
· Arrange documents for execution, certification, apostil and legalization;
· Work closely with the Register of Companies and Official Receiver, including the preparation of HE forms and necessary applications;
· Liaison with Inland Revenue; local and foreign banks regarding various matters;
· Open and close bank accounts;
· Fulfill some compliance work in accordance with KYC procedures of the office;
· Keep all filing in order;
· Perform various ancillary administrative tasks;
· Be ready to complete duties and exercises that the company might impose from time to time in order to keep a certain protocol and maintain integrity;
Required experience and main characteristics:
· Able to speak fluently in English, Greek and Russian;
· Educated and with a diploma or MS, preferably in Law;
· Ideally an experienced individual;
· Computer literacy in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
· An intelligent and reliable person, with great initiative, good organizational skills and able to work independently as well as under pressure.
Salary expected:
EUR 1,500 x 12 for probation period + 1-month salary bonus annually – after probation period. The final amount will be paid to the employee after deduction of all taxes and charges that are to be paid by employer according to the employment agreement.
Working hours:
The standard working hours are from 9:00 until 18:00 from Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
Annual leave
The employee shall be entitled to 21 paid business days of vacation, per calendar year in accordance with the applicable legislation, taken also a time that is convenient for the employer as well.
