Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representatives for our client, a CySEC and FCA regulated investment firm in Limassol. The Customer Support Representatives will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction acting as a liaison to provide product/services information and support by performing a variety of tasks, such as answering and referring inquiries and solving complaints. Delivering a service to meet the individual needs of all customers and wherever possible resolving inquiries at first point of contact. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls from perspective customers or clients
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep accurate Liked records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Advise on company information deals and promotions as well as products and services and generate sales leads where possible
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Close out or open call records
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
  • Any other Ad-hoc activities not listed above, that may occur on an as and when basis.
Required Qualifications

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Multiple languages seen as an advantage
  • Genuinely excited to help customers

  • Can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary
