This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual who seeks a position in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The Successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the Finance Department and will report to the CFO of the Company.
Responsibilities:
· Reconciliation of Company Bank accounts
· Review and monitor progress with accounts receivable
· Record transactions in the accounting system either manually or handle the electronic uploading of transaction files;
· Fully responsible for petty cash, daily transactions, document flow, cash levels and reconciliation completion.
· Key data into company system
· Assist with annual and monthly budget production
· Preparation of financial reports, and management accounts
· Track expenses based on the projects
· Maintain accounting books and records on a daily basis.
· Any ad hoc request to facilitate the CFO of the company
Requirements:
· University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or related
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
· Strong analytical skills
· Well-organized and attention to detail
· Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
· Knowledge of SAP B1 will be considered an advantage
· Knowledge of basic forex principles will be considered an advantage
· Fluent in English
· Self-motivated and energetic individual
· Able to meet deadlines
· EU citizen
