Our client is an internationally established solution provider in the field of strategic and tactical intelligence, the company is currently seeking for a successful candidate that will join their large team in the position of a Java Developer, based in Limassol, Cyprus and ideally with already some proven experience an IT company.

Key objectives of the role and responsibilities:
- Develop high-value components of a product platform for the automatic detection, analysis and visualization of mass data for radio signal intelligence systems;
- Implement systems based on distributed and scalable Java architectures;
- Define and analyse requirements and deduce from them technical specifications;
- Analyse, draft and design complex modules and components;
- Realise reusable software components in an agile development process (Scrum);
- Carry out test cases and document your results.
Required experience and main characteristics of our preferred candidate:
- Successfully finalized academic studies in the areas of computer sciences, information technology, engineering etc.;
- Very good experiences in the areas of Java SE (8), test-driven development, parallel processing and concurrency;
- Knowledge desirable in:
- Eclipse RCP, OSGI, Spring
- Maven, Git
- Clean Code
- Databases, preferably Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL)
- Design Patterns, UML
- Agile methods (for example Scrum)
