Our company Antelope System is growing fast and so we’re looking for a Full-Time Customer Success Agent in Limassol.

Our company, Antelope System (www.antelopesystem.com), has developed a unique system that provides agile and elegant call center solutions. Our client base is seeing exponential growth and we’re expanding fast, so we’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to develop lasting relationships with our clients that promote loyalty and retention. Duties:

  • Establish Customer Support Practices
  • Provide Technical and Product Support
  • Business related with company’s clients
  • B2B sales
  • Maximize company’s collaborations
  • Working with sales to facilitated customer support process
  • Improving customer support experience
Required Qualifications

What We Want:

  • Native English speaker – a must
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer care or similar role (B2B) - an advantage
  • Knowledge of MT4 – major advantage
  • Excellent communication skills when dealing with challenging client calls
  • Ability to work shifts and weekends – if and when required
  • Meticulous attention to detail; accurate and efficient with data entry
  • Can do attitude and customer care orientated
  • Never idle with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Solution-focused with the ability to take initiative
