Antelope System Is Looking For A Full-Time Customer Support Manager

Our company Antelope System (www.antelopesystem.com) is growing fast and so we’re looking for an experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to take charge of our dedicated customer support department, foster positive relationships with our clients, and isn’t afraid to go the extra mile to get the job done. If you have that “can do attitude,” find unique ways to deal with customer concerns and can uphold a positive attitude even when under pressure, you’d be a perfect fit for this position.

Duties:

  • Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
  • Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused towards that mission
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards
  • Organization and coordination of Customer Support Department workflows
  • Responsible for support department training and development
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries correctly;
  • Record details of all inquiries, comments, and complaints;
  • Introducing, presenting and promoting the company's products and services;
  • Handling customer complaints or any other support related incidents.
Required Qualifications

  • Native English speaker- must
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role – customer service department is preferred
  • Knowledge of MT4 – major advantage
  • Ability to successfully meet team goals and company objectives
  • Ability to inspire team members by setting an example
  • Punctual reliable with the ability to inspire this in the team
  • Excellent communication skills when dealing with challenging client calls, including active listening skills
  • Computer literate
  • Proficient with CRMs and MS Office (Excel & Word)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Meticulous attention to detail; accurate and efficient with data entry
  • Can do attitude and customer care orientated
