Key Duties/ Responsibilities:

• • • Maintains financial records in accounting system to ensure compliance with accounting principles and auditing requirements.
    • Prepares monthly financial reports/analysis to the management, bank and intercompany accounts reconciliation
    • Prepares the Annual Budget to assure expenditures are balanced to revenues.
    • Prepares and managing the credit control
    • Monitors and interpreting cash flows
    • Stays up to date with the general filing system and all daily correspondence
    • Liaises with the company's auditors, bankers and statutory organizations
    • Arranges Payroll System, Social Insurance and PAYE
    • Prepares Tax Returns
    • Reviews and executes payments for general office expenses

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• • • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance
    • Fluency in English & Greek language
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
    • Experience in high volume transaction environment.
    • 3+ experience in similar position
    • Experience in E-Soft accounting software will be considered as advantageous
