Job Description
The Department of Design & Multimedia, School of Humanities & Social Sciences, invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Fine Art. This position will be at the Assistant or Associate Professor level depending upon qualifications.
The successful candidate should hold a PhD or MFA but a minimum of an MA plus at least five years of teaching experience is required. An actively practicing artist with a track record of exhibitions, s/he will be also expected to actively engage in research and publications, demonstrate dedication to excellence in teaching and mentoring students, contribute to the future growth and development of the programme and the department, and establish linkages with institutions in the community.
