Symeonides Fashion House Ltd – Marks & Spencer seeks to recruit Kitchen Supervisor for the M&S Café inside Marks & Spencer store in Limassol. The working hours are according to the operating hours of the store.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ordering and properly storing food
- Controls product quality and storage standards
- Manages the day-to-day operation
- Responsible for daily planning and supervision of staff
- Observes hygiene and safety rules
- Prepares meals / snacks according to the company's guidelines
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management or Hotel and Catering Operations or Culinary Arts
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages
- Computer literate
- Planning and organizing skills
- Previous experience in orders, proper stock storage
- Clear criminal record and health certificate
- Basic cooking knowledge
