CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding International company operating in the Gaming Industry, we are seeking to recruit a highly experienced and capable Regional Marketing Manager to join their team based in Nicosia.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct marketing initiative performance reviews and report feedback to the Marketing Director.
- Maintain and implement effective marketing strategies and solutions.
- Select and manage online resources for ad placements and other acquisition and retention focused activities.
- Maintaining contracts for media placement.
- Management and activation of sponsorship contracts.
- Work closely with SEO, SMM, Digital Managers and other areas of the business in growing the target market/audience.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Educated to Degree level in Marketing/PR or related field.
- Successful tenure as a Chief Marketing Officer or other relevant role is essential.
- Ability to work independently, whilst being able to collaborate with team members located all around the world.
- Aptitude for strategic development of business and marketing plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Russian Language would be an added advantage.
- Previous working experience in either Forex, Online Gaming and/or Information Technology will be highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A passion for a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
