CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a well-established and highly respected CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in the heart of Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Dealer to join their expanding team of professionals.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of the operation of trading platforms.
- Keeping up to date with market news.
- Monitoring Company Exposures and comment on Risk.
- Following company Dealing Procedures.
- Reviewing Client accounts and comment on Trading Activity.
- Spotting Abusive Trading Behaviour.
- Participating in new Projects and report to the Head of Dealing Desk.
- Prepare Reports requested from Head of Dealing Desk.
- Undertake any project requested from Head of Dealing Desk.
- Managing Risk.
- This position requires shift work.
Key Skills/Experience:
- University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or any other relevant field with 1st or 2:1 Honors or equivalent.
- Previous experience working as a Junior Dealer in a CySEC Regulated Firm will be considered a significant advantage, but not essential.
- Holder of any relevant CySEC Qualifications will be considered a plus.
- Fluency in English (Verbal and Written). Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered a significant advantage.
- Computer literate.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Team Player.
- Work well under pressure.
- Organised and methodological with a high attention to detail.
