Limassol
Due to our rapid expansion we are recruiting a Reception & Transmission Officer (RTO) to join our team in Limassol. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of similar experience, academic education in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Accounting or Risk Management and be Fluent in English.
The RTO office will be responsible for managing the day to day activities associated will all aspects of the risk and business management.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Keeping up to date with market trends and recommend on product (platform) enhancement accordingly.
- Monitoring trades and Executed transactions.
- Assessing and managing risk function, including implementation of processes, policies, systems and tools.
- Monitoring the adequacy and effectiveness of the Company’s risk management policies and procedures.
- Overseeing the adequacy and effectiveness of measures taken to address any deficiencies in company’s policies, procedures and arrangements.
- Supporting the Board in its implementation, review and approval of the company risk governance framework which includes the company’s risk culture, liquidity, leverage and risk limits.
Required Skills & Experience
- University / College graduate in Mathematics, Economics, Finance or Risk Management
- Native/ fluent English Speaker
- At least two years’ experience in either a financial institution or brokerage firm in a similar position
- Holder of CYSEC Advanced certificate
- Previous dealing room experience of any kind (MT4 platform) would be considered an advantage
- Experienced and skilled with MetaTrader4 tools & plugins
- Excellent knowledge of the financial markets with emphasis on FX, Equities, and Futures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
