CareerFinders, on behalf of our client a highly respected and expanding CySEC Regulated Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a well-qualified candidate for the position of Senior Dealer to join their team of professionals.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the Financial Markets.
- Supervising the operations and team of the Dealing department.
- Providing reports to the Senior Management and Head of the Brokerage Department.
- Implement the hedging strategies defined by Management.
- Supervise closely the procedures done by Dealers
- Performing market analysis and hedge cost analysis.
- Executing client transactions as per clients’ instructions.
- Keeping up to date with market information and monitoring trends in all major currency pairings.
- Monitoring and ensuring the smooth and correct operation of the company’s systems and trading platforms.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or a relevant field. Will consider IT graduates.
- Basic or Advanced Certification of the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission will be considered as an Advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ Experience in a dealing role at a Reputable Broker.
- Strong Experience in Risk Management.
- Experience with MT4.
- Fluency in English (Verbal and Written).
- High Analytical skills.
- Team Player, Good attention to detail and Work well under pressure.
- Able to do two shifts patterns 8am - 4pm and 5pm - 1am.
