A CySec regulated Investment Firm is looking for a candidate to fill the position of VP Marketing in their Head Office in Limassol.

Requirements

• Experience of at least 4 years in a similar role
• Ability to guide and build a professional and high-quality marketing team
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing including media, affiliation, PPC, Mobile and Social Networking
• Proven experience of all marketing channels and communications including offline and online marketing
• High level of experience in measuring and analyzing online campaigns including: affiliation, email, PPC, organic and referred search
• Experience to calculate ROI for specific campaigns
• Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics
• High inter-personal relations skills and capable to manage a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language / or another language will be considered an advantage
• Dynamic and flexible with strong attention to detail
• Organizational and time management skills
• Strategic, critical but creative thinker
• Experience in a similar role within Forex industry will be an advantage
• Proven success and track record as an individual contributor and manager who has growth top line results

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the implementation of the Marketing company strategy / plan
• Developing marketing plan on the base of various times (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Ensure all promotional materials are up to date
• Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign plans
• Build and manage the marketing team
• Implementation and monitoring of campaign activities
• Monitor and analyzing campaign results
• Oversee general market research and competitor analysis
• Provide leadership of strategic marketing plans including objectives and str5ategy for targeted markets
