Due to our continuing success and growth in the market we are currently looking to expand our Business Development department for our office in Limassol and are looking for the Head of Business Development.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing the daily operation of a Business Development team;
• Monitoring the operation of Forex platforms including reception, transmission and execution of client orders;

• Tracking, closing and preserving a relationship with IBs and Affiliates;
• Offering support to clients and Introducing Brokers on matters relating to the use of trading platforms and monitoring the overall client’s exposures;
• Keeping up to date with financial markets information;

Candidate Profile

·      University Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics or other related field;

·      At least two (2) years of relevant experience in the Forex Industry;

·      Experience of foreign exchange and CFDs products (use of trading platforms);

·      Knowledge of how to operate the MT4 Administrator;

·      Computer literacy and ability to work simultaneously with a variety of systems;

·      Fluency in English both written and orally;

·      Basic or Advanced Certification of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and knowledge of the Risk, Compliance and AML matters will be considered an advantage;

·      Self-confident, highly competitive nature, target-oriented with a desire for fast career progression;

·      Dynamic and flexible with strong attention to detail;

·      Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills;

·      Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment;

·      Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a highly professional manner;
