CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a very well-established and highly respected CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive to join their expanding team.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle different aspects of marketing with focus on Social Media, brand awareness, and production.
- Contribute to the marketing department with new ideas, tools, and activities.
- Actively participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- Liaise with stakeholders including Business Development, Sales, Design, content, and Web Development teams to deliver and optimize various marketing activities.
- Manage Social media channels on daily basis with the focus on increase the level of engagement and brand awareness.
- Plan, implement, and track results of Social Media campaigns.
- Analyze competition and market trends and propose changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Set up and update CRM and other software as needed to keep marketing activities transparent, organized, and up to date.
- Monitor campaign results, analyze and optimize key metrics (CPAs, CTRs, Conversions, Profit Margins and ROI).
- Handle other tasks assigned to you by the Marketing Supervisor within the scope of your knowledge and expertise.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Educated to degree level in Marketing/PR or related field.
- 3+ years of previous Marketing experience is essential, ideally within the FX industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
