Responsibilities:
● Ensuring that the company complies to CySEC regulations
● Providing advice and assistance to employees on AML matters
● Working closely with all departments to ensure compliance is in order
● Keeping up to date with new regulatory policies and informing departments when necessary
● Reviewing and approving marketing materials in terms of the compliance perspective
● Producing and submitting compliance reports to CySEC
● Assisting with compliance matters in other global offices (UK, Gibraltar)
● Assisting in setting up new compliance departments (Australia, South Africa, UAE)
● Assisting the Head of Department in updating procedures and manuals
Requirements:
● University degree in Law, Economics, Finance or equivalent
● At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in AML or Compliance
● CySEC Advanced Certification
● Fluency in English
● Excellent communication skills
● Efficiency in working under pressure and consistency in meeting tight deadlines
