Job Description
Cyprus Recruitment Solutions on behalf of its Client is seeking to employ a Bar Person for a prestigious new Cafe/Bar in the heart of Larnaca.
Required Qualifications
Handle all bartending aspects in the bar and lounge.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDE:
• Interaction and entertainment of guests.
• Bartending- preparation and serving of beverages: Manage daily bar operations during operational hours. Be prepared to handle busiest bar times.
• Stocking, Ordering, Inventory: Stocking of coffee station and bar, which includes ordering of all necessary bar stock. Prepare restocking orders on a timely basis as directed. Maintain accurate inventory of bar and beverage stock at all times.
• Evening closing duties: Ensure all sales are recorded accurately in the POS. The bar and surrounding areas will be cleaned and secured for next day service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Fluent in English. Greek speaking is an advantage.
• Must have customer service experience combined with hospitality industry and bar experience.
• Interpersonal skills require the ability to often deal with situations where satisfactory resolution of issues must be achieved.
• Computer skills require the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite products and POS systems.
