International transport forwarding company with the HO in Nicosia is seeking for a Logistic and Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
Managing customers’ bookings (orders)
Drafting and verification of export/import documentation
Everyday monitoring of supervised cargo
Plan of cargo shipment drafting
Effective communication with customers and subcontractors
Administration of invoices and accounts receivable
Preparing reports for customers and management
Input information into the company’s logistic system
Communication with other teams
Additional requirements when needed
Higher education
Experience in logistic, shipping, forwarding or transportation is preferrable but not obligatory
Fluency in English and Russian (both languages are obligatory)
Experienced PC user (MS Office, databases)
Good communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
Ability to plan and prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Ability to pick up procedures / processes quickly
Ability to work on own initiative with little supervision
Detailed oriented, punctual, accurate, proactive, confidential
