CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a bright and ambitious Customer Support Representative to join their expanding team of professionals.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Dealing with Customer Requests.
- Handling Customers’ administrative matters.
- Communication with Clients for KYC (Know your Client) documentation.
- Liaise with different departments for Client matters.
- Provide support to the Sales Department.
- Perform any related work as assigned.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Preferably a degree in a Business related subject with knowledge of either Banking, Finance or Economics.
- No previous experience is essential, but will be considered an advantage.
- Willing to learn and eager to work.
- Be fluent in Greek and English language.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Team player.
- Ability to work under pressure.
