Job Description

Position & Department:

> Real Estate Analyst [full-time]

> Real Estate Asset Management Practice

Job Role:

> Working exclusively alongside leading financial institutions (Cyprus, Greece and Balkans) to manage large real estate asset portfolios

> Financial Real Estate Asset Management Analysis & Workout

> Assist portfolio managers in the development of annual and quarterly business plan

> Develop recommendations to support key asset monetisation/ financing decisions

> Audit Asset Valuations

> Development of strategic plans for diversified property portfolios

> Realignment of the corporate real estate strategy to match the corporate business strategy in relation to the balance sheet, P&L and working capital requirements

Required Qualifications

Job Requirements:

> UK-based and/or equivalent degree graduate in real estate, statistics, accounting, finance and/or equivalent

> MRICS qualified will be a plus

> Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek language

> Very good use of Excel and financial & real estate software (Argus)

> Enthusiastic team player with ability to work autonomously

> Ability to quickly learn new businesses and identify key performance drivers

> Hard working and highly organised and diligent individual who is willing to multitask and work in a fast-growing innovative advisory practice
