Job Description

Golden Careers is currently working with a leading company in the construction and real estate industry. Our client is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to add to their existing dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

• Carrying out feasibility studies.
• Cost control & cost benefit analysis.
• Risk analysis evaluations.
• Advising on legal issues and representing clients in disputes.
• Drawing up contracts with vendors.
• Negotiating the cost of projects.

Requirements

• A methodical way of thinking.
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Teamwork skills
• Detailed knowledge of existing technology in the field, legal issues and complex regulations.
• The capacity to create detailed reports that are easily understood by a wide array of people.
• Problem solving skills.
• Mathematical skills.
