Job Description
Our client is a law firm based in Limassol that is currently looking for a Secretary. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, knowledge of both English and Greek as well as strong work ethic, positive and lively personality and very good communication skills. The successful candidate will also be able to work under pressure and with deadlines and will be able to work both in a team and independently.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to one or more lawyers
- Effectively communicating with clients, colleagues and partners
- Greeting visitors and answering phone calls and emails
- Printing, Scanning and typing documents
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- University Degree
- Previous experience in a legal firm will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of Accounting or Bookkeeping will be considered an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Computers and typing skills
- Knowledge of English and Greek. Additional languages such as Russian will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with technology
